    Breakfast is great - nicotine and caffeine both make you burn glucose like crazy, so coffee and snus are *always* better when you've got food in you. I start usually with a bowl of organic müsli early morning and then some sort of protein-containing sandwich/baguette type of deal around mid-morning. That's usually enough that I can coast on snus until late afternoon when a hit of sugar, like a snickers, gives me a final boost until dinner.

      Depends on how hungry I am when i wake up.
      light breakfast (2-3 days a week): Bowl of cereal and a cup of yogurt.
      big breakfast (4-5 days a week) Half a dozen eggs, no less than 1/2 lb of bacon (usually 1lb), and toast.
      I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else though. I'm 6'1" 145 lbs, low cholesterol, low bp, etc. Doctor says its fine for me to eat like this because I'm a freak :P

        I can't eat anything before lunch time or my stomach gets very upset. So I drink only some water and, of course, snus!

                pork sausage 5 links beef sausage 2 links. 3 sunny side up half fried half poached eggs (i crack then in the pan let the white turn well.. white a bit the poor water and cover with plate) 3 peices of toast. glass milk, and oatmeal.

                    I have been a bit of a work out freak lately and I have been doing low carb high protien. I usually have some form of fruit (bananna or apple) or a low carb wheat wrap with some chicken in it for breakfast. I know these are not breakfast foods but it works!

                      Whatever the mess hall happens to serve that day. I prefer eggs and cereal, but sometimes it's just cereal. Usually plan cheerios or shredded wheat. Sometimes granola and plain yogurt. And I always down some protein before going to formation or immediately when I get back from the mess hall.

                        I really suck at doing the breakfast thing, but when I occasionally do it normally involves a bowl of oats followed but one or two largs mugs of coffee. Pop in a pris and I'm ready for action.

                                Good God! I don't think I could even eat that much in a day. I don't count my calories but I suspect I rarely go over 2,000 and that keeps me very sated.
