Biased as a seafood lover, Swedish and Japanese food both appeal to me. But I have a long history with Italian cuisine.

Japanese food is delicious. Love me some sushi and sashimi. Salmon and tuna are my favorites (... and whale)

----- and WHO doesn't like Swedish Meatballs?

// Italian food is also great... I especially enjoy tortellinis.

I make it at least once a year here as well, usually at Christmas time. I love it. And it was good replacement for Fried Calamari when I decided I would take that off the regular Christmas dinner menu.

My in-laws are from Provence in France and I think their food is some of the best I've ever had.

I love Nanaimo bars and I've just picked up a tub of Nanaimo bar frozen yogurt. I haven't tried it yet but I'm tempted to have a big bowl of it for lunch!

It's a dessert popular here in Canada. It is in 3 layers: the bottom is sort of like chocolate brownie but made with graham crumbs, the middle is a sweet, almost solid layer made with custard and confectioner's sugar, and the top layer is just chocolate. The middle layer can be flavoured, some common flavourings are mint, cherry, caramel.

I'm torn between real Mexican and authentic Greek. I can cook both as well as Middle Eastern which is just a version of Greek. I don't care for the Germanic style cuisines. I love French cheeses and sauces. And Sushi is a special treat but could not do it daily. Nothing beats home grown fruits, greens and tomatoes and raw nuts and dried fruit. Meat marinades are my thing. Prosciutto and Honeydew (Italian) eggplant Italian style ( can't for the life of me remember it's name!) Any Seafood. I'm not narrowing this down very well. I guess it would be Greek if I had to eat the same thing every day.

I think I'd go with Indian myself. Lots of spice, and meat isn't mandatory.
