It would be a real bummer if the gov. decided to legalize the stuff - and regulated it as strictly as morphine
While I am also a recreational user, there are absolutely medicinal uses fort it, including maybe, the cure for cancer. I don't hide my recreational use behind medicinal reasons, nor do I push for only medicinal legality. But this thread was based on the video posted, which is info about it being a cure for cancer. And if it is indeed a cure, I would not care if it was legalized only for that reason, as so many lives could be saved, or at least the quality of their life immensely improved while fighting cancer. I think the way the medicinal legal states in the US are setup, yes, its all just a legal easy way to get it recreationally (although there are a lot of users in those states that do infact use it for medicinal reasons).

I also find it strange how everyone has an image of how it will be if ever completely legalized. We do not know a thing about what it would be like, since it has never been in our lifetimes. If it becomes completely legal to not only purchase, but to own, and grow ourselves, then I would love to see it legalized. But everyone thinks it will be worse if legalized and controlled. But we just don't know. Thats why I am so hoping one of the states with it on the ballot this year actually passes it. I want to see what happens in the first state to make it recreationally legal. Go Washington!!!!

awesome flick I been trying to get everyone watching for bout 3 years now.

Also, have not seen this mentioned here, but on Jun 10th, Tommy Chong was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He immediately came out and said, after watching Run From The Cure, he is not getting chemo or radiation, but will treat himself with hemp oil. On July 23rd he tweeted that his PSA count is 2 ,and that 4 is normal. So Tommy is curing his cancer with hemp oil, same as Rick Simpson claims to do.

I have been trying to get my mother in law to try it, as she is nearing the end of her battle with terminal colon cancer. Not sure if it would help her at the stage she is at, but I know it wouldn't hurt.

Amazing how there is possibly a cure out there, and next to no one cares, or will even watch the documentary. But they will all feel good about doing their part by posting a "Share this/Like This" if you support cancer reaearch pics on facebook.

I think the Human Race is doomed because of the moronic society we have become.

My conclusion is this: Do not consume cannabis before your brain has fully developed. Same is true with alcohol.

Yeeeaahhh...I smoked more heavily when I was young than I do now, and I have never really had trouble understanding much of anything. I would be interested to see a free link to the text of the study itself. I hate reading abstracts and conclusions without seeing sound scientific method on which to base my own conclusions.
