    My personal favourites include Blueberry, Bubblegum, and Northern Lights. I also love the citrus strains (like Lemon Haze, Key Lime Haze, and California Orange).

    Plenty of other fine strains out there.. I usually let my beak do the walking (examine and smell the flowers)

    Don't underestimate the power of edibles. They take longer to kick and that can be misleading, had hell of a trip the first time I tried Space Cakes. Getting high and just walking around the Red District in Amsterdam is a lot of fun.

    Lastly, I want to suggest to first-timers the following tips.............

    Keep yourself in a positive mindset. When you begin to notice the effects coming on, don't freak out. Allow the cannabis to work her magic. Sitting or resting is always recommended for first-timers. If you feel you need to lie down, then do so. Close your eyes and meditate (or take a nap)

    ... and a few steps to go with this --

    1. Use a small amount at first and wait an hour (two hours if using edibles). Going slowly will help you safely determine how much is enough to produce the desired effect.

    2. Take shallow puffs instead of deep inhales. Do not hold the smoke in too long (no longer than you would do with a tobacco cigarette).

    3. Do not operate heavy machinery, or do any serious shite whilst under the influence (this one should be common sense).

    Follow these three steps and you should have an enjoyable experience with cannabis. Have fun and enjoy responsibly!

    SMOKED CANNABIS

    Cannabis dosage is fairly easy to manage. A good method for determining your dose is to smoke a small amount (1-2 "hits"), wait 5-15 minutes, repeat as desired. A single intake of smoke from a pipe, water pipe, or joint is generally called a hit. An average size hit from a pipe or water pipe weighs somewhere on the order of 1/20th of a gram. With reasonably high potency Cannabis buds, a small number of hits (1-3) is generally enough. The lower the potency the more hits people will need to achieve the desired effects.

    Below is a chart with very approximate dosages for dry, smoked, high potency cannabis. These numbers will vary greatly depending on individual reaction, potency, and smoking method. Generally, brown leafy cannabis is not as strong as green, gold, purple sticky buds. There does exist "One Hit Shit" that can surprise even the veteran smoker with it's strength. Pay attention to your body's reaction when you first try a new type or a new smoking method, and be careful when introducing others to cannabis. Everyone reacts differently to different doses.

    Really depends on the strain it is and the strength. If you never smoked it or its been a while Id go with 2-3 puffs and give it 5 minutes or so and see how your feeling . Overdoing right out of the shoot can give you a bad panic attack, which is obviously not what you are going for.
