I've been using snus for 6 years. I don't know how much I use per week, but I almost always have snus in.

6 years on and off 1 year full time, I use about 4-8 portions a day. A can can last 3 days to a week depends what brand and how many are in it, GN's 2-3 days SM or skruf a week.

About a year and a half. It's hard for me to say how much I go through because I mix it up with snuff and dip and have 2 or 3 open at a time. I suppose 2 cans in a week would be about right.

The problem is I always have at least 3 tins in use at a time. If I had to guess, I'd say I use 2-3 tins per week. Maybe I'll try starting a week with 3 new tins, and see how long they last.

I always read you use all day,even sleep with a prilla sometimes, (i sleep with portion)
....so.... LX, so im guessing you to use 190 grams a week.

190g eh? That seems a bit heavy to me. I'll go with 120g. I'll start tomorrow morning with brand new tins of Göteborgs Prima Fint, General lös, and Gotlands Grå lös. I already have some portions open, so I'll add the few I use to the total if applicable. The test will end Tuesday morning next week :^)

I snus most of day every day, six months so far. I am finding that I use a bit less now than when I started, a can every 2-3 days I would estimate.

My use is about the same as Lx's

a tin of los lasts me 3-4 day (roughly 2 tins a week)....that is 84 grams a week
