I use whatever I have on hand. I have used 12 dollar a pound artisan locally roasted single bean coffees and I have used supermarket bargain brand. It is a better cup of coffee no matter which one you use.
My favorite is Ethiopian coffee followed by Sumatran. The berry flavor in the Ethiopian coffee really shines when cold brewed.
