    Some spirituality

Mooji is really good. I really recommend you to look up his videos. He's talking about our true nature, and our identification with the mind (ego) which causes us to suffer, and points us directly to the truth of our being.

I think he explains it very simply! What he means is, since you are aware of all sensations, feelings, thoughts, senses, perception, etc. - you can't be them. You must be the thing behind it all. Humans build up a false self image which he calls 'ego'. This is also seen (before we start to see clearer, we obey, listen and identify with almost every single thought that pops up in to our head, and believe it to be 'ours', while in truth, we are just the awareness of a phenomenon).

If you think about it, during your life, your body has changed, your values has changed, feelings chance, thoughts have changed - but what is it that never has changed? The awareness of them. The awareness is always left untouched by this. While fully realizing the real self, one can let the human part be just as it is, without identifying with it, and without identifying yourself to be just a thought process (which is the current state of most people right now).

Mooji points directly to what is already the case, and just wants you too look and see if it is true. He does not want you to think about it and put 1+1 together. It's just about recognizing, and seeing that YOU are aware of everything - that you are the permanent, eternal awareness, watching the movement of consciousness.

Think about it... from 0 to 3 years old we were in bliss. Then we started building up our ego (self-image), and with that came problems, worries, anxieties, fears, and suffering. It's not about turning to three years old again, but to only see the illusory concept of ego, as it is.
