This is the one day of the year I wish I had a kid, Maybe not, but Maybe........ I do Miss Mine tho, It's Been too long since I got to go fishing with him, and i'm sad for my nieces and nephews who never got to know him,,, I think I'm gettin real sad right now, and just may shed a few tears..... mine's off visiting her mother for the summer, so i usually don't get to spend father's day with her, but as i'm pretty much full time momdad, i celebrate mothers day too.

There are up sides and down sides which are polarised for me.

On the up side I love my kids and yeah - you start getting the meaning of life. Very very positive.
On the down side - You have no life of your own, you have no money, you're permanently exhausted from looking after the kids and doing the overtime to pay the childminder. Very very negative.

Happy fathers day all. I never did much with my father, but I still miss him. I wouldn't trade my time with my daughter for anything. My only regret is I don't have the money to take her places like I used to. By the time I get something together, she'll be out of the house :^(
