Well said! A cig every now and then is nothing to worry about and the time between them will get longer and longer. A pack is inches from my hand as I type and I haven't lit one in well over a month. Maybe two months!Originally posted by LincolnSnuff View PostThe great thing about snus is that once you've made the transition from cigarettes, snus always wins. You can smoke the occasional cigarette without feeling guilty because your brain will tell you it sucks and that it wants its snus. One cigarette per month or even per week is much much better than 20 per day. Don't beat yourself up, just stay the course with snus. Congrats on your quit.
For a newbie I would suggest keep trying different snus even when you have found the one or two that really work for you.
Congrats as well.
