    I agree.

The only place I buy General Lös, OP, WP and Mint are at my local retailer.

If only they could get Onyx and General ES, I'd hardly ever have to place an order online.

      I agree, completely.

Oh, I didn't know General was sold here in the states. And here I though Marlboro and Camel were the only snus available here. Can't wait to try them!

Yes, General has been available at U.S. stores for a while, and they are expanding availability. It is harder to find than Camel and Marlboro--it's not available at most convenience stores/gas stations (though apparently it is at a few!); most of the locations where it's available so far are cigar stores.

I don't feel like dealing with registering on General's site. Anybody personally know a good place that might offer it around Philadelphia, or any reasonable drive/distance from it?

            Thanks.

General's site sucked since there never was much info you couldn't get elsewhere
and now with the stupid sign-up system it triply sucks ..
and they'll wonder why people leave the site in droves.

Yeah, let's really stretch the rules and play it safe instead
of hiring someone who understands the American system
              of dodging the bureaucratic bullet!!

I've gotta wonder who else might be in the same boat!

That little store locator on the Swedish Match website is a joke. I called a couple of the stores on that list and they told me that they never heard of General Snus but they do stock Marlboro and Camel. To top it off, the tobacco store that does have General in my area now wants $7.70 a can for General OP. My only hope right now is another tobacco store told me that they have it on order and will sell it for $4.56 a can when it arrives. Hopefully my pre PACT stash will last for a long time. The PACT Act has really sucked the fun out of buying snus.

My experience with it has been the exact opposite. I have been to 5 of the stores listed in my area, and they all do indeed carry it. I have also made trips to a couple of stores that are in the same chains as stores that do carry General but that were NOT listed as locations carrying it, and sure enough they didn't have it. (Those locations were closer/more convenient to me, so I was hoping that the store locator was going to prove to be out of date.)

As a general rule, I'm wary of taking the word of somebody on the phone when asking if a store carries an offbeat product. Depending who you talk to, it could be that whoever answers the phone just is unfamiliar with it and it's easier to say they don't have it than to investigate and see if that's true.

I can't access the store locator because I'm 20 this is stupid.

In the past couple of months they have added many places in my state.
Finally the tobacco shop closest to my house has a fridge. If you have not been to the general site in awhile I suggest you check it out for new locations.

I wish I had went local, pre-pact, it was always so simple to just order and it was cheap, my last order for 12 cans was $60 bucks, still cheaper than smokes, and can lasts me a few days, but still, that's like double pre-pact. I will go local next time.

Would be awesome if SM would add some starks to the US line up. Imagine seeing fresh shiny cans of Nick and Johnny or General Sterk at your local cigar shop.
