Hi Pangloss!

We are both very happy with our choice to start out at Swedish Match. This will obviously be a very partial statement but working here sort of feels like having all the possibilities of working in a large company but still being in a family feeling environment. People generally stay for a really long time which I guess is the most unbiased evaluation that we can give you. Markus, who have been with the firm for almost 10 years ended up here by the advice of his mother. Joakim started out by applying to an ad that was posted in a Swedish talent network for young professionals. Though we didn’t seek ourselves here simply for the possibility to work with snus, naturally it’s rewarding to work with a product that you love. Both of us can vouch for a trip to the snus factory which smells a little like paradise.
