    Northerner: How long to respond?

    How long does it usually take for Northerner to respond to an inquiry?

    I just wanted to know the status of my order. I placed it a couple weeks ago, it shipped the next monday (the majority of it says "shipped" some still say "pending"). However although a lot said "shipped" I only received a small portion of the order last week that was attached to the tracking number.


    No beef or nothing, just wanting to know the status. Northerner has been pretty good with me so far, and has replaced two cans that were damaged during shipping from GetSnus.

      C nash keep sending messages till you get a response, sometimes things don't hit. Anyway I am like this whenever it comes to correspondence, wether it is phone, email, I am relentless and I always get satisfaction.....

        Yah I keep sending them letters asking why my order is not shipped after a week, even though everything is in stock and I even paid for expedited delivery. They must be busy but still I feel like they took my money and ran.

          Honestly, the one time I didn't understand what was up with my order I didn't understand the response i got from Swedish-snus.com so I PMed Fredrik here on SnusOn and he explained and hooked me up with a "it should ship [insert date]" and bingo it did. Now, whether it was telekinetic or ultra strength, he got the job done.

          My advise.... send them another email but PM Fredrik also.

            I have always gotten a response in less than 24 hours. Beware of time difference, but they're very quick to respond and they do what they say they're going to do. They're good people.

              Sometimes quick. Sometimes not so quick.

              BUT

              They have always responded to me in the end. There is a lot going on right now.

                He does have Extra Sensory Perception Shoot him a PM and it'll get handled.

                    I finally got a response this morning saying nothing more than "Yes, the items are shipped or will be shipped asap."

                    I got another SMALL portion of my order today (2 tins of snuff and one can of snus)... Waiting for everything else still...

                      I had them ship items by multiple shipping methods. When one item would come in it was shipped out.
                      The Northerner did this at their cost.

                        Well after two weeks I've only gotten in less than 20 cans of a $240 order.

                        I'm going to say 90% of it said "Sent" a few days after I placed the order, about two weeks ago.

                        I've gotten two VERY Small packages, one just had a few snus cans in it, and one had one can of snus and a tin of toque and a tin of McChrystals.

                          If your shipment never shows, I'm sure Northerner will resend anything you didn't get. The extra wait sucks but if you already have some to use at least your wait wont suck that bad.

                            Yeah I have quite a bit at home, but I kind of want my order lol.

                            Also I cannot check anything on my order since all orders have been swiped from Northerner's site.

                              Yup. Starting to get slightly upset...

                              Two weeks after most items said "Sent" and they have not arrived... No tracking number or anything...
