Actually,it shipped the very next morning because I ordered it really late.I get my orders from snuscentral in 5 days and if you want to get it before usps sends it back to the retailer and charges you a bunch of fees I would order it like today or tomorrow.Snuscentral is a good option because they are relatively fast and reliable.AGAIN,NOTHING AGAINST NORTHERNER,I just have decided to take my business elsewhere until they change some things on the business side.

Man that is sweet. I like northerner and want to support them but really this level of dis-service is bad, especially from a tobacco company. They must only have like 3 guys working for them. I've worked in a warehouse before and taking like 3 or more days to even put it in the box for shipping is just laughable. I'll give them till morning but then I am demanding my refund. I was hoping they would be the leaders post pact, but it seems they can't function beyond the capacity of a small startup right now.Comment

I ordered from Northerner today and it shipped out today with usps. That was from the U.S. location. Sometimes in the past though orders coming from sweden would arrive on the same day that northerner changed the status to shipped on the website?Comment

No this was from the us warehouse. Whatever, I'll just ask for my money back tomorrow. I spend over 100$ a month, I wish I could get some damn service for that but apparently I have to wait weeks for delivery. Everyone else gets their order in a few days but I am always left waiting. Is there a sgreger1 snus embargo or something?Comment

Odens ES Portion was in stock... for a second. I finally received a $185 order I placed almost a month ago to this day, 60 cans of Odens and 15 other random cans... I have been emailing Frank and Fredrik about it frequently, and GetSnus too, but today I received 56 out of 60 cans that I paid for on May 18, and I got them today with a note saying "we owe you 4 more".

Well it is friday now. I ordered on monday, paid 50$ for 2nd day shipping, and STILL it sits in their warehouse, not even on the truck yet after a week. All items are in stock and at the US warehouse. I sent a request to customer service but have heard nothing.
Their FAQ reads: "Your order is always handled right away. Within 24 hours of placing your order 97% of the orders are shipped out. There can be delays sometimes due to delayed shippments or the items currently beeing out of stock at our suppliers. Delays of this kind is out of our control. "
None of my items are out of stock so I must just be part of the 3% that gets farked. Funny because I have ordered twice in the last month and each time this happens. I was hoping that paying the extra 50$ for shipping would help get it here faster but looks like I paid extra just to have the normal 14 day shipping time. Sigh....Comment

FWIW, the last order I placed with them was early in the morning, and it shipped the same day.
You must have been flagged as a trouble-maker, targeted for frustration, or some such. It's probably a government sponsored experiment on the frustration limits of nicotine addicts.
