I also have to say it is going to be a long hard road for a snus retailer to sell this stuff with no advertising. I mean look at camel snus, Yeah we know it sucks, but they were giving the shit away, with a major marketing campaign, but believe you me the smokeless companies give away at least 4 tins a month per via mailing campaigns. These are products Americans are used to seeing on top of that. I just don't see how the Northerner is going to get people to try it.... I'm just confused. It would be better if The northerner spent the money to just off set the taxes and shipping that are about to hit the core market. Once again just one mans humble opinion.

Which as I've stated before is fine with me. The lower profile snus stays and my ability to get it stays the same, makes me happy. Nothing personal Frank and Fred but I am going to be selfish in my views at this point.... I mean really, out of the four you listed the only one with any kind of following is thunder frosted. Why not go with a Grov Los and take on the copenhagen users...... It would be smarter in my opinion.
I hear you guys, and I understand and don't necessarily disagree. Like I said in the earlier post....we're working on expanding our offerings and you all will be the first to know. Right now, that's the starting lineup, but as the distribution network grows, hopefully we can introduce more traditional flavor profiles. Everyone's tastes are different, and many will be happy with the current offerings, some won't. All I can tell ya is be patient with us. As we add products, we will let everyone know

Didn't the old GetSnus used to sell the General samples? The little "kits" with like 3 packs of 3 portions...

Well if they did, it was neither "free" or a "sample" by definition....

The tobacco store in the mall near me sells the General Sampler Packs for $3.00 each. I figure it's still a cheap way for people to try snus.

Not sure, but Swedish Match's sample packs now have 4 small packs in there. They added General Mint.

Yes, I saw that but they also took our General OP in the sampler pack I bought. I bought one as I needed to stay a bit later for work and did not want to run out of snus before I got home.

I just throw away the wintergreen!

Funny thing about the wintergreen....I haven't had it in well over a year, and I got a sampler pack from a friend the other day so I decided to try the wintergreen again. It seemed sweeter, and I'm thinking that since the addition of General Mint which is sweet, they've probably sweetened the wintergreen too. Or are my buds f'd up, lol?

I appologize for saying a sample should be free, but while I grew up samples were free. Maybe the aren't now. and considering you can have general send you a sampler for free, Not sure whhat to think. What I do know is if I was shown a sampler that cost money, I'd never pay for it and continue to dip, smoke, chew or whatever.....

Damn, Thunder Toothpaste flavor and a bunch of wintergreen. This makes me sad.
