TOO unpredictable. Sometimes your order takes 2 to 3 days to travel across the country and other times it takes 7 to 10 even if they are always shipped from the US.

Not real happy with them.
My wife placed an order for some items that were supposedly "On Hand" in the US warehouse...
The order didn't ship and they did not send any notice that they couldn't fill the order.

That's bad.

I can't say I'm too upset, as this won't be much of a change for me. I usually buy all my Snus from Northerner, and have had only great service while as a customer there. Takeovers happen, and getsnus could have gone to a much less reputable Snus retailer.
