Made my first order last night from clubsnus. While I appreciate the effort it takes to get a new business off the ground, I think clubsnus should have at the very least an automated system to acknowledge orders.

All I received was a message from Allied Wallet for payment made, with nothing from clubsnus. 12 hours later and still no word on whether the my order is being put together or whatever.

I know 12 hours isn't a long time, but at least with getsnus or northerner, a customer can be reassured about an order on their websites within minutes of placing an order.

Hopefully account access will be a feature with clubsnus in the future. Good luck.

In all honesty though, they send you a notification that your purchase went through, and then send you a link with your tracking number.

The only problem with this is that by the time I click the link, it's already here!!!! lol But really I don't see why extra notification should be required since he gives you a tracking number and everything.

I wish I would of done a little more research on here first. I could of gotten more snus to my door a little faster for about the same price(if not a little less) I would of qualified for the free over 50 $ shipping promo too. Darn, I will try this place next time I order.
Seeing as they ship from Cali that is only a couple hundred miles away, darn, oh well. I really want to start to use real Swedish Snus not this Camel Frost

+1 Don't even let the distance intimidate you others who are on the East Coast. These orders seem to make it just about anywhere in the USA within 2-3 days max. Priority Mail FTW!
