    I live in EU and the Fedex 3 day shipping Northerner offer for EU deliveries is cheap and very efficient.

    If you used standard swiss post it does take longer and your order was right across the christmas rush so all post is slower.

    My advice if you are in the EU use the Fedex Int 3 day delivery service is efficient and you get a tracking number.

    The problem is really with the swiss postal service...
    the christmas rush it's no excuse, buysnus shipped (by swedish post) me a roll on December 21st and it arrived on the 24th...
    All their shippings take at the most 4 working days....


    I just hope that i get the snus....

    ps: i´ve sent them an email on monday and still no response....buysnus takes 1 day give an answer....

      maybe i should use fedex
      maybe i'll never buy from northener again

        Hey guys,

        Sometimes, just sometimes shipments are disrupted because of local delivery problems because of everything from holidays (like now Christmas and New Year), snow storm, post guy who can't find the address, post guy leave the package outside where it's stolen...I can give many more examples.

        If one wants to be 100% sure about the delivery I recommend to order with FedEx (which isn't that much more expensive).

        If the delivery has taken more than 2 weeks please contact our customer support, as you know by this now - we always guarantee delivery! Even if we have to send out a second order.

            received the email answer this morning

            Items arrived delayed but in perfect conditions

              Thanks for the info. Please use padded envelopes from now on. I like to use you because you have a great selection, but I hate having to worry that my product can come damaged. I know that the postal service can have a hand in that so it isn't all your fault, but the package was seriously not padded.

                FYI--

                Today has been 3 weeks since the OR/CV should have been available so I sent a message as directed above and with out hesitation Northerner said they would re-send the part of the order I have not received.

                With that said, I guess my only issue is the way my one can was packaged. I will continue to use Northerner for things Clubsnus doesn't have yet.

                    The other 3 orders from them were either padded envelopes or a small box. This was the only one, but I was nervous that was the reason my can got damaged. I didn't want that to happen again. I mean, seems like it would be cheaper for them to make sure it was shipped safely so they wouldn't have to replace an order. I just wanted to make it known to someone. They are taking care of me, so no more complaints on my part.

                      Only ever had my orders from Northerner sent in padded envelopes except for this week when my roll came in a cool Northerner box.

                        I guess I will have to wait and see how mine are packaged if they are every received. I placed an order on the 18th and still have not received it. I guess it must be due to the holidays because even with Swiss Post it has never taken longer then 10 days to receive my order in Arizona.

                          Hope you all will have a nice winter weekend, in Sweden we haven't seen this much snow and low temperatures in 20 years. We use to complain about warm winters :roll:

                          Anyway, I just want to tell you guys, if you ever are unsatisfied with any order you get - usually we don't experience that many complaints, for example a damaged can because the can was sent in an unpadded envelope - which I find very strange - it might be an error made by a temporary worker at our US warehouse now during holiday - I will have a word with that person ;-)

                          Just contact the customer support and we will sort it out for you. Damaged can and send out a replacement. If you never receive the order we will send out a replacement also. We will even drive and personally deliver the order if we have to, like we did one time with a customer in Bethlehem not far from our warehouse in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

                                Be patient Christy. It will be sorted out to your satisfaction for sure. Crap happens. One damaged tin is nothing to worry about. Yea I have gotten several damaged tins over the last few years but if the snus is alittle dried out I just rehydrate it. I never even complained to Frank at Northerner about it. Its only snus. Its not like you just delivered a baby and the doctor dropped it on its head or something.

                                Give them a chance to take care of the problem.

                                I'm still waiting for my coffe/vanilla but I'm in no hurry. I still have several rolls left. I'm just gratefull that V2 got together with Frank and actually produced some for me/us. no...me. :wink:
                                Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......





                                I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.
