Ha, seems that way, doesn't it? No, I didn't. Made two large orders and two small ones for someone else.

Anyway, spam folder is clean and I have been checking.

    Thanks!

I have to say that if the problem is acknowledged and it’s being addressed, then OK. I agree with Sage, the claim of false advertising is unjust. It’s OK to be upset and disappointed, but it’s not OK when they recognize the problem and are trying to make it right. I use multiple vendors, so the only loyalty I have is to my wallet! Any problems I had with Northerner were addressed and corrected. As far as who does the most! Who’s keeping score? Everyone does what they can. Sage is a good egg and does go beyond and over to help others.

What? If you're addressing me, my comment had nothing at all to do with Sage, it was only a reflection of my experience in this whole thing.

I didn't get mine either with the order. I also pre-ordered some Julesnus which wasn't in at the time. I politely inquired (thinking that the deal swamped them which it did) and was told that I would get it in the package with the Julesnus. I got this in writing, of course.

To my delight I got my package of Julesnus just before the Holiday. For that I'm greatful but alas there was no N&J Black in the package. That was the single reason that I ordered when I did and well, they did botch it up in the end.

I've been loyal to Northerner for a long time but the last three shipments have had problems. Unsettling. It's too bad because they seem like such nice people and they respond very quickly to queries.

Wasn't addressing you, if I did I would have quoted you. Just stating an observation and experience with Northerner. Worry not...

Well,,,, Northerner f#cks up more than they should. But they also fix it in spades, The big issue to me is how they can keep F'ing up and stay profitable. Cuz Truth be told I need them more than they need me(singularly). It is usually snuff in my order that they F up. But this time around they did forget my freebie. But as it was said earlier they do fix it. Got my 2 snuffs and my N&J Black in the mail today. So FWIW I'm all good with my boys at The northerner. So anyway, It would still be nice to know who won the Free rolls. Are you out there Northerner.com......Enquiring minds want to know...

The free can was just the trigger. I've got enough snus for months in the freezer. I'm a marketing guy to some degree and this tactic got me to order when I was otherwise going to wait until a time when I actually needed to order (which would probably be March). They needed sales so they put out a promotion to boost those sales. I obliged. I ordered from Northerner 'cos I like them and I wanted to support them even when I didn't need to spend money at all.

I agree with them messing up the nasal snuff in the order but it seems that these sort of problems have only occurred as of late.

Northerner rocks and I will continue to use them. I just hope that they will become efficient again as it will save them money too. I even offered to make another order so that they wouldn't have to pay for shipping of one can. I knew I shouldn't say anything as someone would take it as a complainer. I'm new to this site and people don't know me yet.

I'd say they're making good on it. They're good people.

Maybe they had to cut some labor, but I'd say they're making money...they're growing but then again there's a start up cost associated with that.

more company is here. gotta go and give more thanks.
