    I don't think that's fair comment.

    Myself, LX and PP (the mod panel here) do sometimes have to make some tough calls about posts to keep things running smoothly but I've never seen any of us 'blow up' at members, that wouldn't be right.
    I have mod status and I've never blown up on anyone, either.

        Didn't mean it like that. I meant to say it to the effect of I haven't blown up on anyone or done anything mean or anything with mine.

              Any time that I've had an order issue with Northerner they have been polite, quick to respond and recitify the problem. They also have shipped, at their own expense, freebies that may have been out of stock at the time of my order. Be calm and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with their service.

                I was e-mailed back by Northerner today. Apologizing for the inconvenience and the order will ship out today free of charge. That's a fast response, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Northerner!! That's great customer service!!

                        I agree with Sage. This thread is pathetic. Complaining about not getting FREE stuff is lame. Especially when Northerner always bends over backwards to fix any problems. Honestly, I think we are all very lucky to get the level of service we do from all the vendors that contribute here.

                          Ya know, I ordered a single can of Phantom Brown Portions from getsnus, then when my order came, it was instead a can of Phantom Brown Los, so I told them, they said they'd send me the portions and just keep the los. Then the package arrived, and lo and behold, it was another can of Los! I replied back to the email they sent, and they never replied.

                          I guess I should start up a petition now.

                            I have mixed feelings about this thread and as I've seen it develop, I've been tempted to post, but haven't until now.

                            I don't really have an issue with the OP putting this out there, just as I don't have a problem when people complain about slow shipping or order concerns with other companies.

                            I understand that many, many people here have a wonderful relationship with Northerner and are naturally running to their defense. I think that's great, though it doesn't really address what the OP was trying to say at all.

                            As it stands today, I am missing ten cans from multiple Northerner orders. I didn't get any free cans of N&J Black in more than four orders, but I did get free shipping. I'm thankful for that.

                            Yesterday, a Northerner order arrived. It was expected to contain four tins of Julesnus. There was a single can inside the envelope. This has happened several times this month with Northerner, and I have not had a single response from them to date. That is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but to not acknowledge them--even during a free promotion--is wrong. Many of the same people posting in this thread have also complained about getting General Wintergreen as their free can from GetSnus. Showing your loyalty for a company is wonderful, making excuses for them is not.

                              Jeeze, did you make 10 small orders to get a free roll or what? :lol:

                              Just kidding. Sucks your having problems. I have never seen northerner come up short when givin the chance to fix it. Make sure your spam filters aren't blocking replies or PM Frank (Northerner.com) on here. I'm sure it will work out.

                                JPono, the OP accused Northerner of false advertising, essentially accusing them of fraud. THAT was my issue. Yes, they obviously have screwed up a bunch of stuff, I will leave it to other threads to discuss if they were stupid in how they went about this promotion. But an acknowledged mistake that they have said they are trying to fix is FAR different than accusing them of fraud. So again, I stand by my response.

                                I am sorry they haven't responded yet, I am betting they are overwhelmed with trying to get this fixed. but stay patient, e-mail them again. I know they will eventually get back to you just as they have for every person who has e-mailed them in the two years I have been here.
