How long to wait on northerner order?

I can't complain much because it's 2 free cans I was given for being unable to use the sale due to problems with the website, but is 11 days a normal wait for a new yorker? Still counting, not upset just surprised.

Ordered on the 29th, received today (11/13).

Missing my freebie of N&J black, no notation of backorder so I sent email just in case.

Gotlands Xmassnus was backordered (and from the looks of it shipped today)

Northerner does do a good job on customer service.

Some of the stuff I ordered from Northerner took longer than that. It has something to do with the swiss post I'm told.

Came today, actually impressive shipping considering the holiday and weekends. I thought it would come from the US warehouse, if I knew it was coming from sweden I would not have been worried. Thanks northerner.

While they are not perfect and I always have a problem with them sending the correct snuffs, they always respond and make it right. So my hat's off to you Northerner.
