How long to wait on northerner order?

How long would any of you wait before inquiring if order was messed-up, lost, etc? Placed an order at northerner on 10/18 and mail just arrived today 11/03 and no snus. This is a bit longer than other orders have taken with them in past.

Mail starts to get bogged down this time of year. I'd give it a few more days.

The standard answer has always been 14 days to inquire. But I agree, this time of year, add a few days. If nothing tomorrow, I would send an e-mail

Kind of wondering whats up with Northerner myself.

PLaced an order on sunday and everything I chose was in stock, here it is tuesday and it still says pending.

Dont know what it is but they always seem to get complaints every 3 months or so.

Guess i shouldve used buysnus instead.

I ordered from Northerner on 10-26, and it hasn't arrived yet. My wife is almost out, and I don't want to know what that will be like if it comes too late!!!

As far as you other guys.. I think PP said before the weekend they had already gotten 6,000 orders. This is being handled by a small business with at last count 12 people? You guys expect miracles or something?

It's been all over SnusOn, Northerner switched to Swiss Post back in August so you can expect 2 week delivery time from Sweden after the package has been shipped.

If you need something quick USPS from GetSnus is your answer.

If you order from our US department the order is shipped from Allentown in Pennsylvania and will take only 1-4 days. We carry 90% of our brands in the US department. From our Swedish inventory the order normally takes 7 days but sometimes get postsponed.

My first Northerner from the Swedish Warehouse order took 15 days, my second one was also about two weeks. My last one took only 6 days.

My first Northerner order from the US Warehouse arrived yesterday and took 4 days, but that was over the weekend, i.e. standard Priority Mail time.

FWIW I am a happy Northerner customer.

Thanks Frank! I'm not worried for myself. I have a freezer full, but my wife uses Oomph!, and you don't have that at the US warehouse. If you got that, I would order everything from the US warehouse!

northerner order

I placed an order on the 16th and it just arrived yesterday. I understand the frustration. I emailed them twice and they kept saying the same thing. 14 days is the standard ship time and no way to track the order with Swiss Post. Kinda rough since that is the cheapest way to ship and keep cost down.

I know that I can offer the fastest shipping times in the US with 2-3 day delivery.

Inventory is limited, but 9 new flavors and brands will be up next week for purchase, additional to what I have listed currently.

GUess I can understand but it sucks.

1. Use get snus and hope they have what you want ( they have MOST of them ) and also get snus near date of best buy. ( getsnus is great and has great customer service just wished they had a lil fresher snus )

2. Use UPS and spend 25-30 bucks extra and also have to pay a customs charge, maybe more.

3. Wait 2 weeks.

Just wish snus was popular enough to be near me . oh well hope my 3 cans can last 2 weeks.

Yeah, I'm anxiously looking for my box of snus in the mail. I really want to try my N&J Black and Offroad LE. The mailroom staff are starting to give me funny looks as I curse my mailbox. Today makes two weeks dead on, but I'll wait until next Wednesday before I'm really worried.

A side note, the Swiss make awesome chocolate. As postal workers, Royal Mail is better.

Shows shipped on 18th but i don't neccessarily buy that as most times when my order gets updated from "pending" to "shipped" the date does'nt get changed. Since everything i ordered was in stock, i figure it went out on the 19th.

Just was wanting some opinions as to what is considered a "Fair" amount of time to wait bf inquiring.With that in mind i've decided to give it till thurs and then if nothing i'll get with customer service.

I'am ok on snus supplies till dec, common sense says to keep extra stock on hand when you're feeding an addiction via mailorder. Hoping that the order did'nt get lost with the postal service as i know it can happen.Time will tell. Thanks all for the feedback.

Does anyone know why they switched postal services? I heard very little to no complaints before, but when they switched postal carriers, it seems like there have been a lot more "where is it" posts about their shipping times.
