We had to update our bonussystem since there was a bug and people could order free snus and still keeping the same points. We have fixed that now but it hurted us. But we plan to go back to a similar bonussystem which we had in a near future.
I haven't visited US since July but I miss it allready. Can you Americans explain one thing for me, or it's just in my imagination... when I'm speak with Americans in other states and tell about our warehouse in Pennsylvania they kind of smile and say "Pennsylvania..." is it something with that state that US people think is funny or like "country folk state".. I'm just curious..
Pleased to hear about the bigger selection, although not sure that impacts me much. I got 90 cans in the freezer. Shipping time is almost never a concern.
I am glad to hear you guys are working bugs out of the bonus program. That was exactly what I said I thought it was when folks started bitching about it a couple of weeks ago. Most important for me....You guys do it right so it works for both you and the customer. I need Northerner to make money, as I want you around forever. Or at least as long as I am still here. Not sure I care much the day after :wink:
But most important, just happy to know you are still reading. I think Snuson is such an important window onto at least snus usage here in the US. Just pleases me so much that Northerner cares enough to pay attention.
BTW, did you see yesterday?? Your competition, Getsnus, is also reading here

Seriously, a company really needs multiple distribution points so that shipping times to all parts of the country stay short. Birmingham would be a great place to service the Southeast.
Atlanta? Nah, Sherman burned that down way back and it was never rebuilt. :lol:

sundog, strange long term quirk at Northerner. The shipped flag is always flipped at least 24 hours after shipping. Don't ask me why, just is.
So assume it has already been shipped. And when the flag is finally flipped, you will see when it really was shipped.

My guess is that it's already been shipped. They've always shipped in the blink of an eye. Nothing showing as being on backorder. My bank has paid them. Must be a website bug.
I'm nowhere near being out so I can wait a while yet. These several dozen cans will probably last me a day or two. :lol:
