    Buying online legal?

Where do I find info on if buying online is legal in my state or not..
It just hit me, that I already ordered and it might not be cool to do that in some states. I never even thought about it.. Where do I find out?

depending on where you ordered from, if it isnt legal, they probably wouldnt ship to you. generals website gives away free samples that i wasnt able to get because i live in michigan. though i ordered from the northerner with zero problems.

Yeah I noticed some sites said no ship to my state some said nothing about it. I got mine from getsnus.com no problems but now that I started thinking about it, I'm worried.
I wonder if maybe I need to file it on my taxes at the end of the year or something maybe.. mmmm

Technically, you are required to file a report saying how much you've purchased online, the value of the purchases, and calculate the taxes. I know I have temporary amnesia come that time of year (Snus? Is that how Canadians say snows?), and many of the people here seem to be anti-tobacco tax. In the end, there is the chance that the ATF will come knocking demanding their back taxes, but most of the time they tend to go after the suppliers in this sort of thing, just because the sheer number of people they'd have to charge would make the costs astronomical. I don't plan on putting it on my taxes, so you know I don't think it's a big risk. If you want to pay for it, by all means do, though.
