So i received my large order from getsnus.com yesterday and placed everything in the fridge. This morning I was feeling like a bit of cinnamon. Went to the fridge and pulled out my oden's. Much to my dismay I realized that the entire 7 pack was oden's original and not oden's extra sterk. So I picked up my phone, dialled the 1800 number and was almost immediately connected to a very nice women. She immediately apologized(three times), gave me a return code and said that my extra sterk was on the way. She gave me a return code for the classic. Hopefully i will have me some extra sterk in a day or two and they will have their original back in hand. This is the first time i've ever had a true "problem" with an order and considering there is no substantial difference in the packaging besides the wording I certainly understood the mistake. So a quick shout out to them was in order.

That's cool. I like Getsnus alot, though that is the only place I have ordered from. My only critique was them sending my last order UPS while my previous orders were sent USPS, though my last order was heavier, it's just I'm not home during the day. I did get it though. If I was sent the wrong thing, I would have probably just kept them, but let them know, as I hate having to return stuff, it's just a hassle to me.

I love GetSnus and I spend the majority of my money through their site. However, due to their lack of products, that will probably be changing soon. I will be placing a 150$ order with Northerner due to their variety, namely Lucky Strike, Retro, Swedish Camel.
Other than that, I have never had a problem with them and their service is outstanding.

Just double-checked my oden's extra stark order(the $15 deal at getsnus) and they are indeed extra-stark. i am relieved.
I got lucky strike from premiumsnus.com, their shipping is free, but the prices are a bit higher.
For some reason I just prefer to order from getsnus - it gets here really fast (even though I have absolutely no reason to need expedient delivery at this point - I have more snus than what I can use in a year or so I think). As far as variety - they do carry most of the solid brands, I am ok with that.

I really can't say enough good things about Getsnus. I hear negative things about their nearly-expired snus and stuff, but never have I experienced anything like that unless it was a special or on sale.
When Getsnus first opened, I was looking at it more as a novelty, like "Ha ha, I get to order snus from the United States of all places!" When that first order got here the next day I wasn't laughing any more. Since then I've given them about 80% of my business. If they carried what Buysnus and Snusworldwide carried, they would get 100% of it.

Another satisfied getsnus customer here. The only time I ever had a problem was when they forgot to toss in the mystery can. Shot out an email and a can of something or other, think it was Ettan, arrived a couple days later.
Now if we could just get them to carry Discreet snus :wink:
