A positive experience with Getsnus

getsnus is ok in my book, but they're the only ones i have ever ordered from. i phone in my orders and it's really nice not having to go through a bunch of bs to talk to a human.

I think my Getsnus order came yesterday. I didn't leave the house, so I'm not sure :^D I'm assuming it came yesterday, so that's 2 shipping days from when I placed my order :^O

I'm in a neighboring state, so everyone won't get that kind of speed, but I'm very impressed. Based on this order, they get a thumbs up from me, and I'll be placing select future orders with them for sure.

Getsnus orders are only slightly faster for me compared to Buysnus and Northerner (well, a lot faster than Northerner lately).

i have always had great dealings with getsnus the longest i had to wait for my order was 6 days it can ups when the send it usps it takes 4 days i live on the normal side of the country the west coast 8)

I had to bump this thread and report my own positive experience with GetSnus:
I order every can of Gotlandssnus, los and portion, as well as both styles of Jakobssons.
I was pretty psyched, but rather skeptical about the free mystery can. I didn't want some near expired can of trash or anything, and was fully prepared to post it here to trade if it turned out to be thus.
Well I got a can of Grov Los. Now, I've only ever had the portions, and made the decision that if it came down to Grov, General, or Ettan, I would go with General and Ettan as my go-to portions. I'm really excited about Grov Los though, as I was hoping for a los mystery can anyways.
That and I got a nifty General Pen. I was much excited about that, as I wasn't even expecting it.
The reason I went with getsnus on this order was because I only had a few more days left in TN before going to CA. I ordered on Wednesday and got my order today (Saturday). I usually order through Northerner. After some in-head price crunching, I figured that with my bonus points at Northerner (I almost always get two free cans, and there is always something on the bonus page I want) the overall price is roughly the same, give or take a dollar. Since Getsnus seems to make up for cheaper shipping with higher prices, it evens out pretty well. So I can see myself going back to Getsnus from time to time, I must say I'm very pleased!

They sent a pen with my most recent order too, along with a General Mini Mint as the mystery can. Was the first time I'd gotten that one so it was about time :P

Ordered half a roll of Thunder Frosted, some Gotlands Gul, and etc with GetSnus for the first time this week. My order came in 2 days, boxed nicely, with a free pen, a Swedish Match Snus Range 2009 poster, and a free can of General Mini White (not really for me, but a friend will give it a good home). I have to say, GetSnus is top notch when it comes to pricing and service. They have made a customer for life.

Getsnus is my go to vendor. They rock in every sense of the word. I have never, ever, had a negative experience with them.

Not only are the prices lower on many things i regularly purchase...and not like by 50 cents either...we're taking $8-$10 cheaper on a roll, not peanuts people...but shipping is dirt cheap (heck, its free if you order $50 or more) and SPEEDY. From order to my door in 3 days or less EVERY time.

The specials they run are fantastic as well. They have one right now that's 7 cans of Oden's ES Kanel for $15. With shipping that's only $17.95...plus a free mystery can and some random swag like pens, posters, whatever they have laying around.

The customer service is also top notch. I am on a fist name basis with some of them just from emailing back and forth with questions and just chatting about snus. What other vendor takes the time to get to know their customers like that? To me that's the sign of a great business model. It's how I run my business....so I can appreciate it.

Sure, the selection could be better and I need to go elsewhere for some of my needs...but for a good deal of my regular snus needs they do me just fine. I cant say enough good things about them.

So, if you are in the US and have been on the fence about ordering from getsnus.com....do yourself a favor and make an order...even a small one to try them out...you wont be disappointed.

I just got into snus and BuySnus rejected my credit card, and so I went to GetSnus. I ordered a mixture of different stuff including Ettan portions, and my mystery can was some Ettan los. I guess they threw it in because I also ordered one can of Skruf los. I was unsure about los at first, and so it was really nice of them to choose a los for me as my mystery can. Now I get to try 2 kinds and compare it directly to the portions of the same brand.

I like their cheap prices, and I only live a few states away so I got my order in about 3 days. I also got the swag with the General Range poster and General pen in my order. All in all, a great experience.

I wish they had a little bit of a larger selection, but I'm fine with it for now. I'm sure by the time I get done trying all the different brands they do offer, they'll have a few new arrivals in. Make sure to use the "Suggest a Snus," button on their site to let them know what you want to see from them. I'm not yet knowledgeable about snus enough to make use of it.

I'll definitely be ordering from them again. I love the mystery can. That definitely makes up for waiting on the shipping. I couldn't wait to get home and crack the box to see what they'd chosen for me.

So I placed an order on friday last week with getsnus for a roll of Nick and Johnny's and some Grov Svart. Come to find out that the N&J is on back order, 1-2 weeks. They had already shipped off the Grov, mystery can and the swag and it arived today, monday....

So me being me, I shoot the CS folks at getsnus an email asking if they could maybe scratch part of the order for the N&J and instead make it a 5'ver of Gen ES Los and a 5'ver of Offroad Cranberry Los (yeah, yeah...guilty pleasure). They say "Sure. No prob at all"...and ship it off to me today. No extra charge. No extra hassle. Just one simple email. I'll have that box on Wend.
