Snus in Toronto

I realize this is a long shot, but I've just moved to Toronto, and my last shipment from buysnus got stuck at customs when i was living in Montreal. Are there any Torontonians on the board? Are there any locations in the city where you can purchase snus, like you can in the States? Anyone willing to sell me some?

You can only get Dumaurier mini portions in Toronto. Your local Mac's will have a chrome and red painted fridge, hidden behind their lottery machines somewhere. You have to ask for it, and even then the cashier won't understand you, so just ask for whatever is in the fridge...it's a sad state of affairs for the snus users in canada.

Are the DuMauriers available in Toronto? I thought they were still just test marketing in Edmonton and Ottawa. With miserably low sales.

Hmm....stark mini methinks it is... if it is .4 grams in each pouch and each gram has 18mg of nicotine, then each pouch has 7.2 mgs of nicotine.

Macs do not have snus even here in Ottawa. Try a specialty tobacco shop. I have a feeling that there is no snus there, though, just in Ottawa and Edmonton...

It's kind of crazy, I went to the states and Camel snus was available everywhere and a local magazine/tobacco shop had tons of general (albeit wintergreen). I guess us Canucks will have to wait until it's a common thing in the States before it permeates.

I am in Northern California and the American stuff like Camel, Klondike and Marlboro is everywhere! I am starting to see the General products slowly creep in and figure its just a matter of time. There are 2 tobacco stores near that carry a selection General products but it comes to about $7.00 a can after sales tax. The cool thing is that one of the tobacco stores asked me to make a list of my favorite snus and said that they have good snus connections and will try to get it.
