Yeah they had a white portion and regular portion. It was real Swedish snus and it was good.

I think what I said about it, was it was the perfect generic snus. Put it in a white can with black letters that say "snus" on the side. It wasn't bad, it wasn't good, no strong flavors that could put someone off.. It was just snus.

Well - I stuck in an order for a roll of you know what on the 31st December and even taking into account the bank holiday - it's not here.
It's normally here in 4 days but given Buysnus's history and Royal Mails history - Royal mail takes the prize donkey award.

I wrote a casual message on my order and they agreed it was likely to be Royal Mails problem. Didn't expect a reply within 5 minutes or a reply at all. Pro's these people.

Pall Mall was ok nothing special. I prefered Retro but it too was discontinued.

Since I posted here about my snus delivery I'd better update.

Both orders arrived (no thanks to Royal Mail) and what I think is a particularly nice touch from Buysnus is that free can they throw in. I've had a Thunder free can in my previous deliveries and I don't like Thunder products apart from Frosted so to get a tin of Taboca thrown in this time was excellent. I've never tried Taboca and I'm glad that I now have. Along with the rest of the family I've been suffering from influenza this week and today I felt well enough to take a trip up to my workplace to collect my orders - immediately stuffed a Taboca under my lip and was astonished at how good this stuff tastes. A great end to a bad week.

I too order from Buysnus exclusively now, since every other major retailer I can find tacks on huge tobacco taxes to my order -- Buysnus doesn't add any. (Why do some Swedish retails do this, but not Buysnus?) Pretty average/good prices, and a good selection, too. Sells more than just Swedish Match snus to the US.

However, my latest shipment is being held in a UPS warehouse; this is the first time I've run into this while tracking my snus. "UPS is holding the shipment per a service contract offering." Has anyone else run into this? Is this just a cryptic way of saying "customs is going through your package, please wait"? This better not be because I live in the US and decided to toss one measly tin of Skruf into my 3-roll General order... :P
