I just got a letter telling me I owe customs eight bucks for my order. Anybody get this.........Is my Icetool gonna cost me too??????????

Never get UPS. This should be a sticky. It costs more, and the speed is negligible, or nonexistent. I can't think of any benefit to using them.Comment

What everyone else said. the ONLY time this is an issue is if you use UPS.
And no, your Icetool shouldn't add anything. But, you will also get a 2nd charge from UPS. It is called a brokerage fee, and yes, they can do that. Shouldn't be more than a couple of bucks.
The saddest part for you. You paid more for shipping and will now get it much later than if you had used regular shipping.Comment

Funny this was made today, The last order I had was from UPS and I got my product. It was an accidental UPS order and I kicked myself for spending an extra 25 bucks or whatever.
I read this and kinda chuckled and said to myself "Didn't happen to me!"
