I recently ordered from Northerner, and it was about the time that people began speaking of "shipping delays" from Northerner. My order arrived at my door 7 days, just like it always does.
There aren't shipping delays, and I attribute the perceived delays to impatience. Even I get impatient when there's a new flavor I want to try, or I'm out of roda, or Onyx like I was this last time, lol. We all know that from time to time customs will delay a package, but hey that's the nature of ordering something from another country, and it's a chance we all take. However, that's not Northerner's issue.
Hands down, Northerner has the best selection and customer service of any shops out there, IMO. I've ordered from the others too, and comparison shopped as well (I've got 5 kids, so saving money is important to me), also running fake orders, and Northerner always comes in less expensive.
Sure other sites run specials on a certain item, great...take advantage of the deals, i do too. I just don't think that anyone should make a blanket statement like, "since Northerner has been having shipping issues..." or something to that effect, as it gives the shop a bad name for something that isn't really happening, or is out of their control like customs.Comment
