Buying Snus in Sweeden

Are there brands of snus not made available for export from Sweeden?

In the past month and a half of snussing, I completely spaced that my brother travels there for business three to four times a year.

I'm going to ask him to send me some from there for holidays and such and would like to get snus I can't get here in the states (if there are any).

As far as I know, everything Sweden has to offer in snus is available through the online retailers.

The same applies for Denmark.

The topic as a whole has been discussed several times here on the forum.

I guess it's not worth the hassle to search for local brands. You shouldn't even expect to get all brands known from Northerner or Buysnus in Sweden - not even in big stores. The online vendors really are in a class of their own.

On my last vacation in Denmark I didn't find snus at all in the local supermarkets (far away from Copenhagen - the Danish capitol). That's certainly different in Sweden - but to find new brands will be a hard task for sure.

And BTW, unless your brother buys the snus in a duty free shop at the airport, he will have to pay the Swedish taxes, which roughly double the price, compared to the U.S.-prices in the webshops.
