BuySnus annoience. What do you guys think?

So, I get my last batch from BuySnus. I pour out the folder and count it. Huh? I think one is missing. I check my order confirmation and: yup, no LD Lös. I reply to the shipping confirmation and tell them it is missing. I asked that they just send it to me in my next order and please reply so I know they will handle it. Well, they reply 3 days later, but just with a shipping confirmation of the LD.

Now, it kind of bothers me that it took them from Monday afternoon till Thursday to get back to me. No "we`re sorry for the inconvinence". Just sent it. Should I be annoied at this? I know they are supposed to have good customer service, but that some have taken advantage of it. It just seems like they could have been quicker to acknowledge the mistake and at least appologized for it.

ps. This forum could use a spell checker for idioits like me. If I mispelled something, ignore it.

^ if you use firefox it has spell-check built in - add whatever dictionaries you like  You can turn it on (if it's off) by typing about:config in the address bar, filter for "layout.spell" and set the value to 2 instead of 1. You can also right-click any text field and select "spell check this field" to turn on the red underlines.

I have no way to confirm this, but with the growing popularity of snus, Buysnus could just be experiencing some growing pains... They may be understaffed to the point that they can't send personalized replies anymore, and they just go ahead and handle the issue...

I'm slow to give the benefit of the doubt.

        I experienced the same thing.

They shorted me 15 tins and took 10 days to reply with a short single sentence question.

If they have reached their capacity, I would be glad to either come work for them, or find another supplier with the needed capacity.

I wouldn't expect more or less from an American company.

I guess it's time to lower my standards that I found so refreshing from this company.

Like RobsanX said, snus' popularity in the US, if not the world, is rising and BuySnus more than likely wasn't prepared for it. With the exception of GetSnus.com, they are still better in the customer service arena that any other US based, online company I've used! Give them time to adjust to the increase in business and, I'm sure the level will come back.

I hope this is the case. I'm still waiting for a roll of lucky shipped via Swedish post on 10-01-08. I'll give it until Monday (we have Sat. mail delivery), then send them a nasty gram.

You should probably give it 'til Tuesday as Monday is Columbus Day and there will be no mail delivery.

OK. Arrived today so I'm not too pissed. However, 13 days (9 work days) seems a little excessive given their previous performance. I do understand that once it is shipped all control is lost and the performance of the Swedish and US postal services is at question.

I have been meaning to post something like this for a while. It seems that many if not most of the folks hear are x-smokers. I applaud you all in your efforts to become smoke free. However, I have come to snus by a different rout and so I want to share my experiences with all those x-dippers who may be looking at this site for suggestions and direction to get started.
