Buysnus sent me out an email yesterday letting me know the rest of my order shipped. But it has my missing roll of 06 a can of green spyke and a roll of captain yankee. They said they'd toss in two extra cans for the inconvenience but it appears they threw in an entire extra roll and a can......I honestly kind of feel bad. I already bought 90 cans for the price of maybe 45 and now they're sending me an extra 11. I honestly would have been happy if they had just acknowledged the mistake and gave me half off a roll or something.

But it also makes me wonder what the markup is on snus since they don't seem to mind giving me extra snus on top of buying it for 50% off.

I checked today. Apparantly the labeling conventions have changed in Sweden. Two dates side by side - first is date of manufacture, second is date of expiry. They sent me a very polite email explaining my stupidity.

All the snus expires well into 2014.

All of my Buysnus Grov rolls have a born on date of 2 weeks ago....fresh. I have always had super fresh snus from them with plenty of time left on them.

BuySnus has a point system. You get 1 point for each roll you buy. Once you have 6 points you get one roll at 50% off. 24 points were used on that order, so 4 of the rolls were 50% off. I'm a bit surprised that they didn't cut the bonus discount by 50% to match the sale prices. So yeah, looks like I got 3 rolls for $0.03

See, its been that long since I was able to use buysnus (I had a lot of points to use up too!) I forgot all about it, good old 6th roll half price! I miss it

I think he was talking about Northerner - I have never, ever had problems with BuySnus shipping me snus that was anywhere near expiration.

I think they started that policy due to abuse from customers. Their replacement policy has always been very generous, and I think some people took advantage of it. Years ago, I had two problems back to back. I was reluctant to say anything cause I didn't want them to think I was scamming them, but they took care of the problems without issue.

It's a great policy. You really can't put up an argument if you're trying to lie and they send you the video of them putting your order into a box. They make sure what I payed for is what I got and thats awesome. Much much better than how Northerner does business of "oh you ordered 5 rolls of frosted los and we sent you 3 rolls of wintergreen portions? We'll you sent in a complaint 2 months ago because we sent you offroad original instead of offroad frosted and even included pictures to prove it so that seems suspicious we will throw in a free can on your next order of 40 cans or more."
