Welp I woke up up this morning with a new email from buysnus. They "went to the tape" i guess they record themselves packaging things and they sent me a very lengthy apology for not including the 06. They said they'd be shipping that out plus 2 free cans of something or other.

I was expecting a "no we sent you the right stuff quit trying to swindle us" like I would always get from Northerner. I don't know why anyone ever orders from anywhere else except maybe SC.

Seriously though recording themselves packaging things? Thats impressive. It eliminates mistakes and really helps them see when they have done wrong and when someone is trying to lie.

I think they started that policy due to abuse from customers. Their replacement policy has always been very generous, and I think some people took advantage of it. Years ago, I had two problems back to back. I was reluctant to say anything cause I didn't want them to think I was scamming them, but they took care of the problems without issue.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm certain the will make it right.... When they do or if they don't make sure you let us know.....

I haven't read the full judgement or what they offered in mitigation to get it to only 15 years but the sentencing guidelines say up to life for that with no parole (another hot topic atm too) so she got off lightly with only 15 years!

All personal preference, its lucky that you can get the snus you like still delivered so you don't need to book a ticket on the underground snus railroad
