They all have their problems. After being so pissed at northerner/getsnus, I decided to try SnusCentral. Well after their DIBS payment system got stuck for 20 minutes, it somehow decided to double my order and charge me twice. I never got a confirmation email, and if I go onto my SC account, it shows that no orders have been made, yet my bank shows I am already being charged twice. Several emails have gone unanswered, and if course they have no phone number. So I guess I have to call my bank to stop the payment, which I'm sure ill be charged for. =^\

I don't know man. I had a small issue with changing for something that was in stock. I never had a problem and actually corresponded with the girl a few times even after the issue was resolved. unfortunately i can't recall her name. She was quite nice tho.... You might want to pm larry Mr. unloading zone. If he has his PM sent up for notification he will receive an email........
You'll get an email later on tonight or in the wee hours of the morning. It's 1:18AM in Sweden right now, so everybody has gone home and are long since asleep. They usually respond within 24 hours, I wouldn't sweat it.
Orders are still getting through. According to the latest DIBS status, the problem is intermittent. Either your order will go through or try again in 5 minutes. Moe and his broom are very pissed over this.
Most importantly, Owens187 has been taken care of. Annika must be checking emails from home. SnusCentral.com never sleeps it seems. I worry about her health but Annika is absolutely amazing.

Actually, what I did was asked my question over on Facebook, had an answer in less than 30 minutes. Seems Facebook is becoming the best way to get ahold of any company these days.
Ive become so accustomed to being treated like shit by the Northerner, I am truly amazed by how fast Annika responded (obviously she's as addicted to Facebook as everyone else, haha). Looks like I'm jumping on the Make Webo bandwagon. Northerner will not be seeing my cash anytime soon, now that I've seen what service can be like...
See this is how it's should work. I Know Northerner is probably doing OK because we at Snuson are a small segment of their business. But if they keep effing up and people just type in Northerner order problem in google they will see gripes from this site, snuffhouse, and gosmokeless and to a lesser extent their own Facebook. C'mon what exactly does it take for them to wake up.....
And the shipping is really blowing my mind. Ordered on thursday, on track to be delivered monday. From Sweden. Holy crap.
GetSnus would usually take a week just to prepare to ship, and then another week to get to me, and thats only from Pen. to Cali!
Definately a SC guy from now on, for sure!
Edit: Also, it took a day or two for the double order to get refunded, though that was the DIBS systems fault, not SC. But they sent me several emails through it all, keeping me updated the entire time on what was happening. They went above and beyond to serve me, and seemed to actually care about what had happened. I dont think the Northerner even has the ability to care about anything......
