Unbelievable customer service!!

I've never dealt with a company that responds so quickly and overcompensates for any minor issue.

I love buysnus!

I asked a question in the comment section of my last order. I was pretty much just being a whiny bitch.

On my last order I complained about not getting the 10% discount because I clicked a link to their site. They explained that the discount is for first time buyers on ROLLS only, but offered to throw in two cans for the misunderstanding.

So I never got two extra cans. I told them about it and didn't expect anything or feel entitled to anything. The very next morning I get an email apologizing for the misunderstanding and on my order confirmation I see "Olika portion och los" !!!!4 packs!!!!
On top of the random can I chose for my bonus.

Various portions and loose. Yeah unless I need to try something they don't carry I'm buysnus all the way.

Anyone else have an outstanding experience like I've had?

Buysnus is probably the most problematic company I've ever dealt with. I think I have about a 30% error(problem) rate with my orders. Oth, they're also the best company I've dealt with in taking care of the problems. I wish all companies gave the same service as Buysnus. The world would stutter along a little rougher, but would be much happier :^)

I use Buysnus almost exclusively. If they started carrying Landströms and Gellivare it would be exclusive. I feel bad when something happens because it eats into their bottom line. I think the profit margins on snus sales are pretty slim, but I guess they make it up in volume. I have absolutely no complaints, because they always make things right, but for their sake I would like to see things go a little smoother. I figure when things go well for them, it'll also go well for me :^)

I think you were lucky in getting the particular CS rep that handled you. I made the exact same inquiry with my first order, especially since I came to their site by clicking on a hyperlink from another site which advertised a 10% discount on my first order at Buysnus. My emails to them were very polite. Anyway... it never happened. All they sent me was an email reiterrating their true policy.

Well at least I'm not confused any longer. but seriously... They did ship me promptly. They didn't screw-up my order in any way, and I received it within four days. I'm happy with them and I've ordered again. They deserve their good rep.

Another great experience with Buysnus

I will probably cause problems for buysnus by telling this story..

I order an ICE Tool portion can last month along with a largese order for myself and a few friends.

It all arrived there within three days (around 90 cans) to Dubai, UAE. Not a single can was wrong or missing considering that I ordered more than 20 varities in all.

I was mistakenly under the impression that the Ice portion can had dividers inside, when I found that it does not, I told buysnus that I received a loose can by mistake.

They replied the next day telling me that they will send a replacement immediately and that I can keep the one I got.

Just to be on the safe side, I researched the ICE tool website and found that the portion can does not have a divder in the can itself, but just a area on the top for used portions like any normal snus can. I told them immediately that they were correct after all and that there is no need for a replacement.

I now have refrered quite a few friends to their site. It is rare to find such customer sevice on the internet.

Buysnus.com is first class, they always treat me right, and I get my snus in about 4-5 days everytime. They have made a repeat customer out of me.

Northerner has always been great to me, there's no reason to top ordering from them.

Overall I find the prices cheaper on buysnus.com than Northerner for my usual snuses...I live by them...

I got the free pen. I found the taste to be lacking, there was practically no nicotine, and it made my upper lip look real weird.

I love buysnus and they would never copy my youtube tags and ideas like the skinny sawed off prick from northerner.

Only had one wrong can so far and they replaced it for free with some other nice stuff. They always answer questions in a timely manner and have a pretty good selection.

I would like them to carry some more brands but it can't be that easy.

Buysnus is great, so far for my last order they gave me a grovsnus ouch for my belt 2 free tins of snus and since one of my cans can't be sent in a timely manner (out of stock) they are sending me another Olika portionssnus. Yeah not a huge fan of portionsnus but free is the best price.

So far i will never Northerner since service has been great and any delay have been justifiable plus just for waiting they give you another can and they pay the shipping.

Hey, I saw Criss Angel walk on water. It was on TV, but that was pretty ****in' awesome. 8) He does a lot of unbelievable shit.

EDIT: (I did get a freebie! - on the last order - didn't realize) Buysnus - 3 orders, 20 cans, 1 freebie, on the last order of 5 cans. They sent me a can of N&J East. They are pretty cool. Nice! w/Good prices and fast shipping!
