As a U.S. snus consumer, I would love to try Montecristo portions, but I am afraid of purchasing Cuban tobacco. Has anyone in the U.S. ever purchased snus or cigars that were Cuban? Do you think it would be a big deal?

You used to be able to get the occasional shipment, but I don't know of anyone who ships anymore. Snus could fly under the radar, even if the shipment was opened. I wouldn't be as confident with cigars. The lös was much better than the portions btw. For something in the same ballpark as the portion, give Jakobssons Classic(not the strong) a try. It's not exactly the same, but it has many of the same characteristics.

Dude I love Jakobsson's Classic (regular). I always have some in the freezer.

I think you'd just lose the shipment, and the company that sold it would probably get bitched at. I don't think anything of consequence would happen.
