Here's a new one for me. Ever have an order go back overseas?

Place and order and instead of making the first stop in Germany like it usually does, it went straight to Kentucky.
Well after leaving Kentucky it went to Germany and is still showing it should be delivered Wednesday.

Anybody got a clue why it would do this?
I'm sure everything is fine, just seems strange to come to the U.S. then make a trip back overseas.

My guess is that it didn't make a trip back overseas, it did go to Germany, and you should get it Wednesday! I've had a couple odd things with tracking over the years, not many, but a few...

      ^^^^This

We have had a couple members who have reported the same thing. Most often it has to do with the duty and the routing not the actual location.

Let us know when you get it
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

My last two orders have shown the same thing. It's weird. They always came on time, though.

Order arrived today as expected with no problems other than I was sent General Wintergreen instead of Jak's Wintergreen like I ordered.

I've sent a message to Premium Snus through their website and I'm sure they will make it right.

Is this the message your see "Registered with Clearing Agency / Shipment submitted to Clearing Agency"?

If so I think I can explain. When a shipment leave for the United States it's first beeing registred and cleared with customs before it reach its final destination. So the package itself has not left Germany at the time - but the commercial invoice / declaration has. So once the package reach the US it's already cleared for custom.

Hope the above explains. If that is the case ofcourse

            Regards,

            Johan

              Johan,

That's exactly what it said nearly word for word, thanks for the explanation.
I guess it's kind of interesting the journey our snus takes from Sweden to here across the pond.

I hope you stay a while Johan, it's nice having vendors and some of the snus makers here to answer our questions and pass along information to us.

                Sure we will stay

Actually a couple of weeks back, dont know if you noticed that, there was a data connection issue with customs so shipments was delayed for almost a day. However issues like that are very rare (first time for us)
