Rumormill: General and Ettan Coming "Nationwide" in the Spring

(Possibly) good news, everyone! My girlfriend (a manager at a local tobacco store) has been informed by her Swedish Match rep that this year's General and Ettan tests have been successful enough to promote a nationwide launch of both products at select retailers in the US. No word on how Ettan will be packaged and sold in the US, but the nationwide General offering will be of the "coffin tin" variety. He was also reportedly "very impressed" to see a tin of Ettan OP in her arsenal (my evil doing!) She was given a coffin tin of General Classic Blend to sample. Only 10 portions -- didn't these hold 15 at some point?

A regular box of General classic blend or nordic mint are 15 portions.. The free trial boxes only have 10, but they are free...

I have local tobaaco shop that sells General OP, White, Wintergreen, Mini Mint and Los. No sterks, no ettan. Would love to get Ettan locally. It's still cheaper for me to order online though. In any case it is encouraging that the market tests were sucessfull.

It is more expensive to order online for me unless I hit a soon to expire snus sale or such.

It's about the same for to order online or go to my nearest shop. Now if I go to the Rez, it's a lot cheaper, even having to drive 20 miles each way.

I can't say I would only snus this when it comes out because I'm prolly the biggest general loose fan but when I can't make it to the tobacco shop that's two hours away this will hold me off or be a nice suppliment
