    Singing the Praises of Buysnus.com

    I know we've covered this several times, but I would like to share with you guys(gals) my most recent experience with this fabulous company.

    I order about 20-30 tins a month. I've ordered three icetools now, one about every four months. I like having them in convenient places around my house/car/office.

    The third I ordered was the 3ml Black Stainless. The black aluminum came. No big deal. It's nice. It's terribly subtle - those of you that have both the steel and aluminum know what I mean.

    I wrote them an email just to alert them. I certainly wasn't upset, just a little disappointed. I like the heft of the steel ones I have. I didn't hear back. I thought that was a little strange as I've always heard back from them within 24 hours with other questions/comments.

    In my order this time, I filled it out with a roll of the mix. In the comments section, I asked for no V2 or level products. I also mentioned the shipping mishap as well, just to get a little preferential treatment with my roll (I have no shame in matters such as these).

    They wrote right back, apologized, said they would send me a "terrific" mixed roll and that they would also send me the Black Stainless Icetool.

    ARE YOU KIDDING? What a company. Thank you Buysnus.

    Post your success stories here. It would be nice for people to have a consolidated list of good business exhibited by this proud company with so much integrity.

    I had a can of Level mini portions (yes I like them), and most of the portions had a small tear in the same spot. I e-mailed to ask weather this was something that happens a lot with that snus, just to know weather to order it again. Even though the problem wasn't theirs, but rather on the production side of things, they sent me a new can of the Level, and a free tin of the Mocca+ tobacco flavor. Talk about service. Even if other sites are cheaper, I am a buysnusser for life.

      I've found Buysnus to have a fairly high incidence of problems, but the way they handle them is why they're my store. They're quick replying to email, and always fix issues very quickly. I think one of the biggest problems is the envelopes they use. They seem to get ripped quite easily, and snus can fall out. I'd like to see them switch to Tyvek envelopes, even if it cost a bit more to ship. As long as I'm buying snus, I'll be buying from Buysnus. They're the best around :^)

        Same as the other posts for me. I've never had an envelope rip but I am an affiliate of theirs and have a 10% off first order coupon on my blog.

        When I placed MY first order, I didn't get the discount. So I emailed them. They apologized and through in a couple of cans of good snus.

        Two of my readers had the same problem and I told them to do what I did. Sure enough, they got freebies too.

        Since I didn't know this forum existed until recently, I also emailed them general questions on snus; like how much does the average Swedish user use a week?

        They responded by the next day to every one of my "newbee" questions.

        Great customer service, I get my shipments in as little as 4 days via Swiss Postal Mail, and I haven't tired of their selection yet.

        I like them!

          Buysnus hooked me up on my second order when asked how the ten percent deal worked. They apologized and said it only applied to full roll orders. They asked if throwing in a couple free cans would make up for the misunderstanding? Wow. A real human being read my email and consciously took action quickly.
          I just expected a longer delayed response saying I checked out wrong or linked to their site wrong. They responded very next morning. two free cans, yeah that makes everything allllllllriiiiiiiiight. Customer dedication and service breeds loyal and vocal happy customers.
          I recommend buysnus big time.
          I received my first order in 4 days in Ohio.
          I got shipment conf. email from second order morning after i placed order at 9pm. Outstanding.
