Northerner sent me skruf! Bonus!

I just had an order come through from the Northerner. I don't usually use them, I usually use Snus2, but I wanted to use 1000 points and also get some northerner boost for the morning (double barrelled works a treat). Well I opened the box and what dya know, half a roll of skruf stark white as a bonus! So you CAN get skruf from the northerner in the uk

Interesting. I just went on to Northerner to order my skruf and once again, it's missing from the site. The rolls of it listed in the Club 100 section have the Add to Cart button disabled.

I noticed Skruf had disappeared from Northerner again too this morning. Weird.

I've been waiting until I needed to order again i.e. today.

I've raised a helpdesk ticket with them, and I'll keep an eye on the site, because it does tend to fluctuate between having skruf and not having skruf. It's just annoying more than anything.

Northerner have replied claiming that Skruf is banned from sale in the EU again. Last time they said that, it was back on sale a week later. They have no idea what they're doing.

I've replied asking them, if that's the case, why they don't replace the Skruf listed in Club 100 with some decent snus instead of all the mint flavour and tobacco/nicotine free stuff.

I'm this close to using my points on an icetool, just so I don't have to go through charade with Northerner every time I try to make an order. You know that the minute I do they'll mysteriously have Skruf for sale again
