My UPS tracker says my package was forgotten and left at the UPS facility in Germany

Lcarvone, you and I are in the same state. I placed my order last Friday and it was delivered on Wednesday morning, although that was with express shipping.

It seems that you get your order in two days from the shipping date to anywhere in the US.(almost) they shipped mine last wed and I had it in my hands on Friday. They did forget a couple things though...

Premium snus is unable to get me my package. I asked for the package to be sent back to Sweden, and a full refund issued. They needed a Power of Attorney documentation from me in order for it to be delivered. I do not have the desire to fill out long ass documents for some snus.

I have no idea.. The people at UPS were very unhelpful as to how I get the form, where I send it, or what it's for. So now its up to Premium snus to track their package back to them, I just want my money back so I can order somewhere else.

It is something to do with the tabacco nazis in New York not premiumsnus.com I'm sure... Every time I hear of troubled delivers it is always New York. I feel for you guys..

Premium snus has offered to send me another package to see if it gets through. If this one gets held back, they can always get the packages back to Sweden easily so I can be refunded. Lets see if this one makes it.
