    Northerner is positioning themselves as a B&M distributor. I would imagine that takes a a presence in the country of operation. Any shenanigans involving foreign tobacco sales could jeopardize their fledgling B&M business, so they have to play it by the book.

      hello, i just had a question. when the pact act went through i had to switch from snus to using skoal pouches. because the tax cost as much as the product. does anyone know of a site wehere i can purchase snus and not pay $100 for 20 cans?

        Depends what your tastes are. My $81.60 bought me 2 rolls of General, The Phantom portions would knock another $16/17 off that price @Buysnus. Phantom Blue would be even cheaper.
