I realized it's cheaper to order snus from Buysnus compared to another major site...

Anyway, since Buysnus does not charge tax, what are my risks of getting slapped with a large fee from the United Nanny States of America? Has anyone had bad experiences with with U.S. Customs? I may just pay the extra money and order from a particular site that adds tax to snus orders...

As for state taxes, my opinion is that enforcing tobacco tax collection will be as likely as enforcing collection of all online purchases. That is, unless something unprecedented like buysnus/UPS handing over order information to state governments happens.

I haven't read of any issues post PACT so far at least to the USA. I remember the pre-PACT rule was always keep the order total below $250 and don't use UPS...

My thoughts exactly, I have ordered twice from SnusCentral Who buysnus ships for since pact not a problem.. And at least for me for what I ordered SnusCentral was cheaper than Buysnus and my last order was 35 cans and an Icetool

No Offense, But what was the point in asking if you plan on ordering from a particular site that adds tax to snus, Yet you found that it's cheaper to order snus from Buysnus There are 4 sites that most already know and order from Northerner/GetSnus (2) and Snuscentral/Buysnus (2) Why the cloak and dagger of saying you are going to order from a particular site that adds tax... Hmmm which of the 4 or i should say 2 would that be? Do you know of another site that adds tax?

The owner of the tobacco store I go to said its your responsibility to pay taxes if you buy tobacco overseas. Most states allow you to download a form in order to pay state taxes and your federal tax if supposed to be paid when you file taxes for the year.

Well I think that's their plan. They don't want tobacco users to live longer, they want us to die as quickly as possible. They want to convince people (through strong-arm tactics) not to start tobacco products so eventually there will be no tobacco users left. Then with the billions of discretionary tobacco tax revenue gone they will turn to the skinny weak minded hybrid driving vegans (that the media turned everyone into) and push new taxes on everything including the polluted air they breath to try and make up for the lost tobacco taxes. Ah the future LOL
