They say they had it in Norway, but it wasn't available everywhere. I guess every store had it for like a month and when the sales went down, only gas stations, kiosks, convenience stores etc had it. And there it's too expensive, so they didn't sell it either. Röda Lacket has quite a bad name in Norway, so the fact that it was produced under the Röda Lacket trademark might've been a mistake by Swedish Match. If it was released as a General or simply just Claq Qui I believe it would've sold better.
