.. .I have one question that nobody answred me...

Here, in my country, we can buy "GENERAL LONG CUT chewing tobacco" and "RODA LACKET LONG CUT chewing tobacco"... And Im pretty dizzy, coz I dont know, if its snus or dip (that means more carcinogenic). Can somebody help me with this?

btw: This tobaccos tastes like snus - not sweet as dips... so thats, why Im confused.

That sounds bizarre. My first guess is label confusion.

Does it seem to be long cut? If not it is probably snus.

Another possibility might be a pirate/counterfeit product, I guess.

I think its realy General, and SM just trying to import their products into EU countries with snus BAN... but I dont know, if this product is safe like snus, coz when is wrote "chewing tobacco" at the can, and tobacco inside tastes like snus, so I realy dont know... I have some photos which I can upload.

Kenny09, you hit the reason for it exactly, it gets around the ban on "snus" Chewing tobacco was grandfathered in. But it is really the same, use, enjoy, etc. :lol: :lol:

I've never seen that before, but I'm betting it's snus with a longer cut. My guess is that Swedish Match changed the cut to avoid the appearance of impropriety. Changing the label of snus to say chewing tobacco is a little obvious, so they changed the cut also so they wouldn't be accused of skirting EU law.
