I've been a 2 pack a day smoker for 15 years, still young ealry 30's but starting to feel the effect of years of smoking. So I'm done with it since I found snus a few months ago. But I still struggle sometimes, and I've smoked 5 today.
Mainly it's because of the time I needed a quick fix, and I didn't have time to sit and wait for the nicotine.. Like waking up in the middle of the night, smoke one and back to bed, or very first thing in the morning, or right after a big meal, or after working hard and taking a breather.
What do you guys do for a quick fix, when you don't have 30 min to absorb and enjoy, you just need to get a hit and done. What do you do in times like that..
I used to dip years and years back in my teens, but I was addicted to cigarettes, always turned to them for the quick fix, not sure how to handle those times with this new substitute.
