Uses for empty snus tins

as per the title of this thread;
I use the tins to store my toe nail clippings in.
I have my beard in one also.
I had one all ready to put my hemroids in but the doctor had to send samples in for a biopsy. bummer

So if anyone wants to part with empty cans I would be willing to talk about buying them for my mother. Just think you would be cleaning house, making money and keeping my mother busy so she doesn't call me every 10 minutes on how my Edit biological donor, um i mean the paternal figure is bugging her.

good call man, I was out hunting salmon today wih my dad on his boat near Case Inlet, Puget Sound, WA and all his gear is stuffed in rust-tainted freezer bags...this is just hours AFTER our visit to Cabela's, where he bought some tackle organization stuff but forgot to put it on board. I'm gonna put all my cans to good use, maybe Premium Parrots will send me some fat blue Snus-worms to see if we can't hook some keepers.

Running the AC all summer has made my house extremely dry which results in my snus drying out rather quickly. Using an old plastic can, I poked a bunch of holes in it and filled it with those gel clumps that come in baby diapers. (best way to acquire a diaper is ask a friend with a baby for one) I then added some propylene glycol solution and voila, a humidor! I keep this 'humidor' in the bottom of a coffee can and store my open can of snus on top and keep the contraption in the fridge. I decided to do this after spending $7.50 on a drymistat humidor tube for my husband's cigars. Same concept, except my homemade one was virtually free. It has only been a week but so far so good. The prop. glycol solution keeps from mold/bacteria forming.

That's a great idea! Diaper-snus sounds bad, but I'm sure an unused brat-poop bag contributes great to Desriexe's contraption. My best buddy has twins that are potty training, maybe I'll see if they have some spares.

I already have 13 empty cans in my collection, and I'd be interested in hearing what you guys do/plan on doing with all your empties. Any zany things you do with them is also welcome :lol: (I heard of someone using them for target practice with a .22)

I have a very functional device known as a trash can. I save all of my empty cans in there. For some reason I never run out of space in it. I'm mystified.

Seriously. I _did_ collect cans, tins and whatnot at one time. At one point it just became too much and I went into T-1000 Cleaning Mode and threw everything into several large garbage bags.
