Hi,

We have just received a letter from JTI (the producer of LD and Gustavus snus) stated that we have to close down their products to US. It will take a few hours for us to implement so if you like this snus do not hesitate to place an order now. It will most likely be shut down tomorrow morning Swedish time or earlier. We will try to discuss with them but for now we have to close down these products and they might never be available again to US.

I went ahead and picked up another roll of Gustavus. Just to be safe.

So, if buysnus, a non-US based seller in Sweden, cannot sell LD, because of FDA(right?), then I wonder about nasal snuff sellers, and other snus companies not in the US?

Some will follow the law, some won't. But who knows how long that will last, who will get caught, who won't....it all seems too risky.
