New York won't have any shipping options. All the private carriers said they wouldn't deliver tobacco.

Not if they want to follow the law. Stuff /may/ slip through by sellers not concerned with following rules, but I don't know how likely that is.

Oh my god and heaven, im seriously panicking now...

So PACT eliminated the Postal service delivering it to me, and New York State eliminated private carriers to deliver it to me..

It is completely impossible to order snus for me now? And when did this NY thing go through?

TheOneandOnly, i'm so sorry to break this news to you..... but New York is the worst place to live. If you use tobacco than surely you are a nazi, therefore other anti-tobacco nazis must battle you. Such is the life.

NY banishing the couriers from tobacco delivery was like 2005.

PACT is next tuesday. Not sure why you aren't able to do USPS tonight - Maybe Northerner updated their systems early.

Under PACT you should be able to mail him a roll (up to 10 oz) via USPS as a private noncommercial shipment.

There /may/ be a courier service you could use $$$. The law went into effect this spring I believe and PACT gives the government a reporting mechanism, so they'll be able to find who you are if a company does ship something to you.
