How much will snus cost post PACT?

I've been away from the forum for a while.. and havent been able to catch up on PACT news.. I know it goes in to effect sometime later this month. What will snus cost?

Say the average can of 01/02 costs $3.38 from Getsnus, what will it cost after?
What about shipping rates? Their $5-6 now.. what will they cost after?

Well, whatever it is, it will now include state taxes, and have to be shipped by UPS, I think Swedish Match brands are raising their prices, but I can't imagine it by much. I think addition of state taxes is the only new price increase, apart from UPS maybe being more expensive than USPS.
